We know that all art forms affect positive change in our communities. Programming that is powerful, engaging and inspiring is what we are all about. Because our space will be open to the public, we are interested in programming for children, teens and adults. We prioritize thoughtful, inclusive programming. We do not tolerate hate in any form.

We have the space, do you have the vision?
We are looking for genuine, engaging programming partners who inspire our ATL community. In the past we’ve hosted a myriad of programs from yoga and meditation to poetry workshops and floral design. Have an idea that needs a home for an afternoon, a night, or a few consecutive weeks? Submit here!
We’re interested in collaborating and have found that the most successful events are ticketed. While there is no fee for space rental, we run on a collective model where ticket sales are shared to support our admin, marketing, housekeeping, and promoting; 70% to you, 30% to All Together Now. If you have a free or donation-based program that you have mind, let us know! We will accept a limited number of free community events.
Collaborating on the space is useful for leveraging our collective audience. All Together Now will produce promotional materials, including, but not limited to: flyers, postcards, Facebook events, social media posts, Eventbrite postings, ticket sales, etc. to aid in promotion of all events that occur at the space. Our goal is to create a lively space filled with community-driven programming. When you host your events with us, you’re joining a family that wants you and your vision to succeed.
All Together Now provides:
Chairs (up to 50 folding)
Tables (four 6’ folding tables, two 6’ Tables and one 4’ folding table)
PA system with 2 microphones
If you aren’t sure how to price your workshop, here are a few suggestions:
Business workshops: $50 - $150
Community driven workshops: $25 - $100
Writing workshops: $45 - $350 (average of $75 for 3 hours; $350 for 1 hour/week series for six weeks)
DIY/How-To workshops (ie: Zines, Make Your Own Watercolors): $25 - $100
Yoga workshops: $12-15 for a drop-in class; $250 - $250 for an 8-week series

Notification of selections and contracts provided to program presenters by April 15, 2019
All Together Now will run May 1 - June 30, 2019
Must attend one mandatory training meeting, to be scheduled in April.
SELECTION PROCESS Programming proposals will be reviewed by the Curator Panel, comprised of Pamela Barba, Hope Hilton, and Gina Livingston. Once selections are made you will hear from us. Please do not inquire as to whether or not your submission has been selected; we promise to be in touch.
SELECTION ACCEPTANCE Selected proposals will be notified via email by 04/15/2019 and will be provided a contract and additional information about participating in All Together Now!
TICKET SALES All ticket sales will be split 70/30 with artists (artists receive 70%), less any credit card fees associated with the transaction. All Together Now will manage all event ticketing through Eventbrite. Program presenters will receive a check within 10 days of the start of your program.
LIABILITY You will be responsible for any damage or injury that occurs during your event. While we require proof of general liability insurance for your business/program/personal policy, we don’t want lack of insurance to be an issue. If you do not have liability insurance, please let us know and we can work with you.
